Ollie, Shriek’s assistant, from Batman Beyond.
Don’t mind me... Just trying to make sense out of a really bizarre character design (will probably change significantly the next time I draw him).
At some point the writers decided that Walter Shreeve needed an assistant... and that the job would be best suited to a purple animal-boy with a mullet. (Anyone have an official explanation for this?)
My equally sketchy version of Ollie's boss/teacher/mentor/??? -

There's a fan theory, Ollie is in fact Shrieves gay lover.
Shreek wears earring on right side, Indicative homosexual
and Ollie is apparently spliced, presumably as a gay prostitute who spliced himself to score extra money.
