Description
This is my Green Goblin costume I finally finished back in September. It you guys didn't think I was a bit obsessed with Goblin before, then I guess this should seal it. Its based on the design by comic artist Humberto Ramos that was featured in Peter Parker: Spider-Man #44 - 47 from 2002. I don't like this design near as much as the classic campy version (I do adore those purple hot-pants and long eyelashes ~^), but the Ramos version does have an orcish charm I'm quite fond of. Hee-hee-hee... and I do love the crazy eyes! o_@ Making the mask's eyes was actually one of the hardest parts. I had to do a fabric/plastic lens combo. I painted the eyes on a thin fabric and attached them to the back of pair of clear plastic lenses(which I popped out of a pair of Harry Potter costume glasses ) with a light coat of spray adhesive. I can see out with insane glee and no one can see in. *wicked laugh* );D
