Fable III Reaver Vest Preview

Shots of the vest, shirt and cravat and how they look framed in the coat fur… just chillin’, looking derp without someone in them.

The shirt is made of poplin. The collar is made ridged by thick interfacing and plastic sheeting (from an action figure box).

The vest is vinyl, lined and backed in broadcloth. Still want to add wide stitching to the vest edging. Maybe once I’ve taken care of more pressing duties.

The buttons are made of Super Sculpey with jumprings to hold them on. I used the same painting technique on them as I did the goggles. (I made all the buttons and buckles for this costume, actually. Gotta do what you gotta do. )

The emblem/insignia is made of foamcore and craftfoam. I posted a sequence on how I made it here.

The cravat is made of satin supported by thick interfacing and floral stem wire.

The brooch is made of a large, plastic adhesive jewel with styrene plastic and craft foam forming the bezel.
